Hospice care at home is a compassionate, unique form of care for those faced with a terminal illness. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and interdependent journey whose primary focus is the promotion of dignity and affirmation, honoring the quality of life for the patient, family members, and others close to them.

Any individual who has a life-limiting illness with a life expectancy of 6 months or less if the terminal illness runs its normal course. The individual must elect hospice and choose to forego aggressive treatment for that illness. The patient’s eligibility must also be certified by a physician indicating that he/she is appropriate for hospice care.
No. A referral may be submitted to LifeSpring In-Home Care Network by anyone. Working in concert with your primary care doctor and LifeSpring's team of physicians ensures a shared journey.
Hospice is a benefit under Medicare Part A with no co-pay or deductibles. Many health insurance programs also cover hospice. LifeSpring provides care for all admitted patients regardless of their ability to pay.
